PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: June 4, 2026
At LeadEpt™ (accessible from leadept.com), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and corporate partners. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by LeadEpt™ and how we use it.
If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us at marcus@leadept.com.
1. Information We Collect
LeadEpt™ follows a strict protocol for data collection. The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.
Contractor Data: When you register for a territory or form submission, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and targeted service areas/zip codes.
Consumer Call Data: For homeowners engaging with our ad networks, we collect inbound phone numbers, call duration, timestamp, and regional routing data via our cloud telecom infrastructure (including Ringba and Twilio). We do not record private financial information on these calls.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
Provide, operate, and maintain our inbound call-routing network.
Improve, personalize, and expand our multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Understand and analyze how callers and contractors interact with our platform.
Process real-time voice routing based on zip-code exclusivity parameters.
Communicate with you regarding territory updates, billing via Stripe, and network performance.
Prevent fraudulent calls, spam bots, and out-of-jurisdiction traffic.
3. TCPA Compliance and Inbound Voice Data
LeadEpt™ operates in strict compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). For homeowners initiating calls through our click-to-call advertising frameworks on Google and Meta, your explicit intent to be connected with a regional home improvement specialist is captured. We do not sell, rent, or distribute raw consumer lists to unassigned third parties. Data is solely routed to the single, authorized contractor retaining territory exclusivity.
4. Log Files and Cookies
LeadEpt™ follows a standard procedure of using log files and cookies. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
